Choosing the Right Systems
We have 12 systems. covering leadership, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and operations.
Those systems are here:
4% of the world's businesses make over $1 million.
Only 0.4% make over $10 million.
12 systems to help you get there.
I worked in a $40 Billion company (and saw them in action).👇🏻

The challenge is as follows:
What systems should I implement in my business?
What system should I start with?
So we have a compatibility issue and a prioritization issue here.
Working on your business model canvas will allow you to determine which people, processes, or technology are compatible with your company.
I work on this using the Mural template in my business coaching program and cohort training. Here is the template.
I modified it to suit well-established SMBs that have been in operation for a long time. because it is intended for start-ups
Partners, for example, has expanded into:
The owners
Key business partners
Competitors
Activities are morphed into the BCG matrix:
Cash-cow
Star
Question mark
Dog
Cash cows are our most profitable business units that generate the most cash.
Stars are business units that are rapidly gaining traction in terms of market share.
Question marks are the business units that we do not know which direction will go, Cash cow or Dog?
"Dogs" are typically outdated business units or products. They are no longer profitable or cash-generating; they are either breaking even or biting and barking at our cash cows. They may even become mad dogs, which should be treated or removed as soon as possible.
I have also added a new category to the matrix, which is: Enabler.
Those are the businesses that are not profitable, and we know that, but they are good dogs. Those are the dogs that protect the cash cow from wolves and foxes.
Wrap up of Part 1
As we progress through the issues, we'll get into the rest of our business model canvas and the other tools I cover in my business coaching program and cohort.

Ways I can help
I work with small and medium-sized business owners (SMBs) to help them set up 12 systems for their business so that it can run without them. When that happens, their business will scale. Without it, stagnation is the way forward.
I do this through:
Cohort Classes
Coaching sessions
Consulting projects
I was recently chosen among 10% of experts globally to build on MavenHQ.
I'm preparing for my first Maven cohort, where I'll share my experience coaching 12 SMBs in tech, internet, pharma, food supplements, fitness, engineering, and shipping.
