From founder to CEO - EOS is the secret
Welcome to the fourth issue of the Business Building series, where we'll be diving deeper into the world of CEO business coaching and introducing Gino Wickman's EOS Method.
This method, also known as the Entrepreneurial Operating System, is based on the principles of simplifying and streamlining a business to improve efficiency and profitability.
It has been used by thousands of companies worldwide and is designed to help business leaders achieve their goals and objectives by creating a clear vision, building a strong team, and establishing a set of core values and beliefs.

What is unique about Gino's EOS Method?
Additionally, the forms used in the scaling-up method are accessible using a form where you get the links sent via email.
One of the unique features of the EOS Method is its focus on integrating all aspects of a business - people, data, and strategy - to create a cohesive, high-performing organization. It also uses a simple, easy-to-use system that consists of six key components: vision, people, data, issues, process, and traction.
The EOS Method also uses the V/TO (Vision/Traction Organizer) tool, which is a simple and effective way to create a clear vision for the company and track progress toward it. This tool creates a one-page document outlining the company's vision, values, mission, five-year goals, and three-year objectives.
It is the simplest of all coaching methods and a good starting point for a startup with a very small team. It is questionable though if it would meet the challenges and demands of more established businesses.
It is also supported by a comprehensive library of resources, including books, videos, and online training programs.
The resources consist of 16 Tools.
