At Makman, we focus on proactive recruitment to stay ahead of our staffing needs. Rather than waiting until a position opens up, we’re always building our talent pipeline. Our objective is to double our talent pool, ensuring we have a steady flow of skilled candidates ready for any situation.

The strategy starts with bringing in project-based associates on a trial basis. This approach allows us to evaluate their fit with our team and projects before making a long-term commitment. Those who excel during this trial period are often transitioned into full-time positions. By consistently expanding our pool of skilled candidates, we’re never left scrambling to fill a position when someone decides to leave the company.

Automating the Recruitment Process

We’ve simplified our recruitment process by integrating ClickUp with our WordPress site through Make. Here’s how it works:

  • Automated Form Submission: Candidates apply through a form on our website, and their details flow directly into the ClickUp recruiting funnel.

  • Structured Recruitment Funnel: From there, candidates are funneled into a structured process for assessments, interviews, and preparation for upcoming roles.
